Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at allthingstanya@icloud.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 

60 Weston Street, Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, 1739.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalised boards or gift cards.

*Natural Wood Variations

Our wooden products are crafted from natural wood, and as such, we celebrate the unique characteristics that make each piece special. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent to wood and do not constitute a defect. Please note that we cannot guarantee a perfect product, as wood is a natural material that can exhibit variations.

*Colour Variations

The product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes, the actual colour painted, may vary slightly from the colour shown online. We strive to match colours as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
